A Core Event is your foundation, the starting point for planning your celebration. Each Core Event is a one-time purchase based on how many guests you're inviting.

No more sticky notes, scattered spreadsheets, or forgotten to-dos. This feature is included in every Core Event.
No! Your guests don't need to create a Swankey account to RSVP or receive event information. You manage everything on your end, and your guests simply respond however you've asked them to.
The only people who will need a free Swankey account are your Planning Stakeholders — the people you invite to help you plan your event inside the app. Creating a Stakeholder account is free, and they'll only need to pay if they decide to host their own event on Swankey.
Start with our 7-Day Free Trial! It's the easiest way to see how Swankey works before you commit. During your free trial, you'll get full access to one Core Event (you pick the guest size that fits your celebration), plus both Add-On Packs — the Decision & Collaboration Pack and the Execution Pack — so you can explore every feature Swankey has to offer.
A credit card is required to start your trial. If you love it (we think you will!), your Core Event will be charged at the end of the 7 days. The Add-On Packs will not be charged automatically — you choose whether to keep them. If you decide not to keep the Add-On Packs, you will lose access to that data, so make sure to save anything you want to keep!
Not ready to commit? No problem. You have 3 days after your trial ends to cancel your Core Event charge by emailing support@swankey.com for a full refund, minus a small processing fee. After those 3 days, the charge is non-refundable.
Add-On Packs are optional upgrades you can add to any Core Event. They unlock extra features when your celebration needs a little more coordination.

Planning more than one celebration? Event Bundles let you purchase multiple Core Events at a discounted price — and keep your planning connected across all of them.
With a Bundle, you can link Related Events together — for example, a wedding, a bridal shower, and a rehearsal dinner — and share details like guest lists and vendors between them. No re-entering the same information over and over again. Add-On Packs can be purchased separately for each event as needed.

A Stakeholder is someone you invite to help plan your event inside Swankey — like a co-host, a partner, or a family member. They get access to your event details (whichever ones you want to share) so you can plan together without the endless group texts.
Every Core Event includes 1 Stakeholder. Add the Decision & Collaboration Pack to bring in up to 5 Stakeholders and unlock group polling features.
Your Stakeholders will need to create a free Swankey account to collaborate — but it won't cost them anything unless they decide to host their own separate event.

While Swankey doesn't send messages directly to your guests (more on that below), you can absolutely communicate and collaborate with your Planning Stakeholders inside the app. Share notes, ideas, and opinions, and use the polling and commenting features to make decisions together — all in one place.

Absolutely! Swankey grows with you. If your event gets bigger or you realize you need more tools, you can add an Add-On Pack to your Core Event at any time.

At this time, you send your invitations yourself — by mail, email, text, phone call, in-person, or even carrier pigeon if that's your style. Swankey doesn't send invitations or messages directly to your guests.
What Swankey does do is help you stay organized on your end: track who has received their Save-the-Date, who has been invited, who has replied, and who still needs a Thank You note.

Core Events include Read-Only Vault Access. With an Event Bundle, you get Vault reuse across events in your bundle, so you can carry your planning history forward from celebration to celebration.

We've all been there — your venue has a firm capacity, but your heart wants to invite everyone. The A List / B List feature lets you create two separate guest lists for an event and move guests easily between them.
