Get Swankey LLC (“Swankey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you access our services via our website (www.swankey.com), or through our mobile applications.By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We retain personal data as long as your account is active. Data is deleted upon account closure, unless retention is required by law.

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, and delete your data. Currently, we do not support full data export functionality.

Swankey is not intended for use by individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of Swankey after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.

This U.S. Privacy Rights Addendum supplements the Swankey Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with similar consumer privacy laws. Delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions

You can submit a request to: Support@Swankey.com. We will verify your identity before processing your request. In some cases, you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
3. Sale or Sharing of Data
Swankey does not sell personal data for monetary compensation. However, we may “share” data for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes using tools such as Google Analytics and MixPanel. 4. Use of Sensitive Personal Information
Swankey does not collect or process sensitive personal information as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
5. Appeals Process
